Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $30/hr

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Rancho Dominguez on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with journal entries, month-end close processes, and account reconciliations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Assist with month-end close activities

• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy

• Maintain and update financial records

• Generate financial reports and analysis

• Support audits and compliance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Excel)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
