LHH is searching for an Accounting/ Administrative Assistant, working in the office, full-time, contract-to-hire, opportunity for a company located in the Eastend of Richmond, Virginia.

MUST be vaccinated, as well as pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Hours: 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Contract Pay: $16 to $18 an hour

Perm Pay: $19 to $21 an hour

Qualifications: Minimum of two years accounting and administrative work experience. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Raisers Edge and QuickBooks a plus.

Duties:

  • assist with account reconciliation on a monthly basis
  • assist with monthly report preparation
  • accounts payable with invoice data entry
  • scan documents to department shared network drive
  • serve as Front Desk Receptionist to include greeting visitors and staff and answering/ transferring incoming phone calls
