LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-known company with an office in Richmond, VA. This company is looking for an up-and-coming administrative assistant to join their expanding team. This position is fully in office, with a traditional Mondays-Friday schedule. As the Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for office administrative needs and will provide assistance to executives. You will be supporting the department administratively by performing data entry, creating spreadsheets in Excel, and even generating reports for management and other departments.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience working in an administrative support capacity
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience working in Salesforce preferred
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication and ability to develop positive working relationships with external and internal colleagues
