We’re looking for a hands-on operations leader to own the entire fulfillment journey—from order to delivery. If you're passionate about logistics, love working side-by-side with your team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to lead with impact, inspire people, and help shape the future of a growing company!

  • Collaborate across departments—including production, inventory, sales, and customer support—to align fulfillment processes with business and customer needs.

  • Analyze and optimize workflows, layout utilization, and operational systems to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.

  • Ensure proper handling and care of premium and fragile goods to maintain quality standards and reduce returns or damages.

  • Monitor, report, and present key metrics (e.g., order accuracy, cost per shipment, cycle time) to executive leadership with actionable recommendations.

  • Take on additional responsibilities and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field required.

  • Proficient in warehouse or fulfillment software (WMS/ERP); experience with NetSuite is a strong plus.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with project tools like Monday.com a plus.

  • Strong leadership and coaching ability with a team-focused mindset.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Background in luxury goods or high-end product fulfillment is a major advantage.
