LHH Recruitment Solutions are to employ an HR generalist in the greater Richmond area with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. You must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will be responsible for running the daily functions of the HR department including staffing, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. If this sounds like you, don’t hesitate to apply!

Job scope/Duties

• Full cycle recruiting

• Source candidates using multiple platforms

• Conduct interviews

• Maintain company’s ATS

• Collaborate with team on speed to hire and career fairs

• Assist with offboarding and employee relations matters

• Coordinate new hire background and drug screening

• Understanding of state, local, and federal HR laws & regulations

• Provide great leadership regarding HR needs

• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years experience working as an HR Generalist or related field

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field required

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
