HR Generalist position in Riverside, CA

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in HR Management, HR Development, Business Administration, or a related field, and 7-10 years recent work experience within HR. Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Hiring, recruiting, disciplines, and terminations
  • Administering pay, benefits, LOA’s
  • Enforcing company policies and practices
  • Presenting training and compliance programs
  • May oversee Work Comp program
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Requirements / Preferences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in Human Resources or
  • An equivalent combination of training and experience
  • SHRM-CP or PHR highly desirable
  • Excellent people skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of current best practices in HR ethics
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organizational skills
