Hours: 9-5
Working with emails for project builds
Track all progress of project on a spreadsheet- parts, delays maybe due to storms, etc. working with clients nationwide- tracking the timeline of the project
Person will be a "FACT-CHECKER"
Administrative Coordinator- talk to newspapers to make sure legal notices are posted on cell tower builds- also ensure client paid the invoice for the notice
Ensure everything for project is filed in a timely manner
Responsibilities:
Set up folders & project in the system Download document from the client Review and set up project on master sheets Prepare public notice template for papers – track the project status Review excel spread sheets on project deliverables for client Responsible for understanding the client timeline and ensure dates on projects are valid.
