Requirements

Support and analyze programmatic data to improve project performance

Assist with data, document, and presentation preparation

Coordination between organizations to make connections between activities

Prepare draft section of client information like reports and write-ups

Maintain project tracker for milestones and client deliverables

Assist with meeting management

Note taking on project calls

Data collection

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Life Sciences or related

5+ years as program assistant/project coordinator/analysis

Expert in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and SharePoint

Skills

Ability to multitask with attention to deadlines

Collaborative mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Employment: Temp to hire, remote option

Hours: 40 hour/week
