Order Entry Representative, Romeoville IL


Our great client is looking to add an Order Entry Representative to their team in Romeoville, IL. This is a Direct Hire position.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from clients in regards to their order information, pricing, shipping, etc.
  • Processing work order tickets in multiple systems such as SAP, Salesforce and ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Working with multiple departments including production, logistics, sales to gather information for dissemination to the customer
  • Handle any invoice discrepancies for clients from returned or damaged orders
  • Providing order documentation to customers such as the PO, Invoice, BOL, Customs Paperwork, Certificates of Authenticity, etc.

  • Requirements:

  • 2+ years of previous Order Entry/ Order Processing experience
  • Experience taking and entering in purchase orders, working with invoices is a must
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforces or any ERP system is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication skills both vernal and written

  • Direct Hire
  • Pays $50-55k depending on experience
  • Monday- Friday 8-5pm

    Hybrid- Monday/Friday Remote, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday in Office
