Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to all team members
  • Office management duties including, but not limited to ordering supplies, keeping the office and kitchen in presentable condition, leading technical assistance calls with outside vendors for computer, telephone and copier services
  • Front desk coverage including greeting guests, processing mail, and answering phones
  • Assist Executive Assistant with various projects
  • Assist Controller with light bookkeeping functions
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ yrs of office Admin experience
  • Someone good in Excel, Word & Outlook
  • Great multi-tasker with a positive attitude
  • This person will act as the front face of the office, must have excellent communication skills, be friendly, client facing/focused
  • Must be willing to assist the EA, take on new challenges, act as back up to the EA, willing to help everyone in the office when needed
