AP Specialist Temp Role in Rosemont, IL

LHH is looking for an entry level temp AP Specialist for our client company based in Rosemont, IL. This role is entry level and College Students or new graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote with flexibility on which days. This is a temp position that can potentially become permanent.

Pay: $20/hr

Responsibilities & Duties:

Will be working invoices (analyzing reviewing process)

Process account statements and payments.

Clerical duties including looking at patient database and rate adjustments

Occasionally calling vendors

Daily bookkeeping and record keeping

Financial Reporting

Qualifications:

New college graduates, someone in school/fresh out of school

Coachable and willingness to learn

COVID Vaccine required (healthcare)

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask required.

Willing to work hybrid

Comfortable on the phone
