Human Resources Manager in Sacramento, California

Under general direction, the Human Resources Manager performs varied assignments with a high degree of responsibility for directing the routine functions of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be a people person that really understands how to work with employees and really make the employees feel they are truly cared for.

This position is directly responsible for:

leave of absence and reasonable accommodation administration

safety and Cal/OSHA compliance, Workers’ Compensation

assisting theDirector with the management of the compensation program

employee relations, including internal investigations and other professional-level and administrative duties;

interprets and advises managers and staff on employment laws policies and procedures; contributes to the development of HR policies procedures and processes and supervises HR processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization

provides oversight of the recruitment and onboarding functions, benefits administrations and HR records management.

Paycom experience is a huge plus

This position supervises an HR Generalist and HR Coordinator.
