Under general direction, the Human Resources Manager performs varied assignments with a high degree of responsibility for directing the routine functions of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be a people person that really understands how to work with employees and really make the employees feel they are truly cared for.

This position is directly responsible for:

  • leave of absence and reasonable accommodation administration
  • safety and Cal/OSHA compliance, Workers’ Compensation
  • assisting theDirector with the management of the compensation program
  • employee relations, including internal investigations and other professional-level and administrative duties;
  • interprets and advises managers and staff on employment laws policies and procedures; contributes to the development of HR policies procedures and processes and supervises HR processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization
  • provides oversight of the recruitment and onboarding functions, benefits administrations and HR records management.
  • Paycom experience is a huge plus
  • This position supervises an HR Generalist and HR Coordinator.
  • This position works with extremely confidential and highly sensitive information and must maintain strict confidentiality.
