Talent Acquisition Manager (Sacramento, CA)

LHH is teaming up with a leading organization in the financial services industry in Sacramento, CA in search of a Talent Acquisition Manager to support the growth and evolution of their people strategy.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization by leading recruitment strategy, building inclusive pipelines, and partnering with executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiting leader with experience managing high-volume workloads and partnering across multiple business units. They are strategic, data-driven, and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience. Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to coach and inspire a team are essential.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment strategy and operations across 15+ business units.

  • Partner with executive leadership and HR to align hiring with organizational goals.

  • Build and maintain inclusive talent pipelines and succession planning strategies.

  • Mentor and manage a team of recruiters, fostering growth and accountability.

  • Drive process improvements and leverage data to inform hiring decisions.

  • Represent the organization in community outreach and DEI initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 8–10 years of recruiting experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions (12–35 at a time).

  • Experience working with executive leaders and supporting strategic hiring plans.

  • Proficiency with ATS (Dayforce preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM certification preferred.


Job Type: Direct Hire
Start Date: Within 2 weeks of offer
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite) – Sacramento, CA
Hours: Full-time, regular office hours
Pay Rate: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
