Introduction:
LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Parker + Lynch) is partnering with a growing organization in the Greater St. Louis Area in their search for an Accounting Manager position. Our Client offers a cohesive culture, strong Benefits' package, professional growth opportunities, and interesting work. This is a Hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
• Mentor and supervise a team of 4-6 Accounting professionals.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform periodic financial closings.
• Assist with processing AP & AR.
• Create and present certain financial results to management.
• Complete special projects.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• At least 5-years of related experience.
• Experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferred.
• Comfort with a complex Accounting software package as well as Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• The desire to be hands-on in the Accounting details.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
