Hybrid Administrative Assistant job in San Diego, CA

LHH has partnered with a non-profit organization who is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity with the chance to gain professional growth and opportunity for international travel! Position is hybrid, so you are able to work remotely and in La Jolla, CA!

This is a blended position and includes administrative and office management duties while also supporting the Executive Director. Our ideal candidate has advanced computer skills and interest in traveling and sports as they will play a major part in the success of the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Administrative duties supporting the Executive Director
  • Managing the upkeep and maintenance of the San Diego office
  • Travel to sporting events (may be international)
  • Coordinate virtual and onsite meetings
  • Correspond with other departments and customers through phone and email
  • Calendar management between executive team, staff and external vendors
  • Clearly communicate with team on status of projects
  • Assist team with day-to-day operations and projects as needed
  • Skills:

  • 1+ years of Administrative, Office Management or Executive Assistant experience
  • Exposure to the non-profit or sports industry preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese or French, a plus
  • Advanced in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tech savvy and a fast learner
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
  • Compensation:

  • $50,000-$55,000 yearly salary
  • Direct Hire
  • Work Hours:

  • Monday-Friday, full time hours
  • Hybrid schedule- 2 days remote and 3 days in office
  • Office is located in La Jolla, CA
  • Must be open to international travel
