Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a real estate company located in Mission Valley, San Diego that needs an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their team. This position is full-time, on-site, contract-to-hire, and pays $20/hr. We are looking for someone who has a professional demeanor and strong people skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers multi-line phone system
  • Transfers calls/takes detailed messages
  • Schedules appointments and arranges meetings
  • Monitors electronic calendars
  • Inventory control/supply stocking
  • Mail delivery and packages
  • Communicates with vendors
  • Assists visitors with questions and inquiries
  • Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • No college degree is needed
  • Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized
  • Excellent Communication
  • Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the office administration field
  • Compensation: $20.00 per hour

    Employment Type: On-site, Contract-to-hire, Full-time, Located in Mission Valley, San Diego

    Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm PST, 40 hours per week
