LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in Carlsbad, CA. This role plays a key part in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing front desk operations: answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming/outgoing mail

  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations

  • Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical filing systems

  • Ordering office supplies and managing vendor relationships

  • Assisting with data entry, document preparation, and general administrative support

  • Supporting various departments with special projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and time management

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • Compensation: $21.00 -$27.00 per hour DOE
