Analyst/Administrative Support Specialist


A hospitality company is seeking a Analyst/Administrative Support Specialist located in Mission Bay, San Diego to join their growing team. This position is on-site, full-time, and pays up to $30/hr. We are looking for someone who is experienced in Microsoft Office programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform analyses for business processes/projects
  • Support the Executive Team in budgets, presentations, and research
  • Administrative support in all areas
  • Assist with wage and compensation reports
  • Benefits analysis/ROI analyses
  • Review hotel assets and budget process
  • Assist CFO and COO with underwriting, collection of data and capital projects

  • Qualifications:

  • Must be strong in MS Excel
  • College degree preferred, but not required

  • Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Detailed oriented
  • Analytical thinker

  • Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience

  • Compensation: $27.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience


    Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in Mission Bay, San Diego


    Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
