  • Resolving client issues
  • Processing benefit information
  • Answering a high volume of phone calls
  • Assists with filing, record maintenance
  • Customer interaction, sales meetings
  • Promotes specials and discounts
  • Documents client information into system
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Skills:

  • Customer Service
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communication
  • Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience

    Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in La Mesa, San Diego, CA

    Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm PST, 40 hours per week
