Responsibilities:

Resolving client issues

Processing benefit information

Answering a high volume of phone calls

Assists with filing, record maintenance

Customer interaction, sales meetings

Promotes specials and discounts

Documents client information into system

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be bilingual in Spanish

Skills:

Customer Service

Microsoft Office Suite

Communication

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment

Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience

Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in La Mesa, San Diego, CA

Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm PST, 40 hours per week
