Bilingual Talent Acquisition Assistant

Immediate need for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Assistant to join a hospitality company located in Mission Bay, San Diego. This position will be a minimum 3-month contract role with the possibility to go permanent. The role is on-site, full-time and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to break into the human resources department.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing I-9 documents
  • Screening resumes and posting job descriptions
  • Interviewing and sourcing for candidates
  • Assist with the onboarding process
  • Updating employee files/file maintenance
  • Recruitment efforts
  • Qualifications:

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH
  • Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience:

  • At least 1-3 years of work experience
  • Experience working in human resources or office administration field is a plus
  • Compensation: $20.00-$21.50 per hour depending on experience

    Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in Mission Bay, San Diego

    Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm PST, 40 hours per week
