Long term contract paralegal/contracts administrator
Are you an experienced transactional paralegal / contracts administrator interested in a long term (3-6months) job opportunity in San Diego, CA? You will be responsible for reviewing incoming contracts; drafting, negotiating a variety of inbound vendor contracts, SaaS tech, and contract management.
Qualifications:
2+ years of transactional paralegal and contract administration experience, preferably in house experience.
Paralegal certificate or Associates degree is preferred
Must have vendor contract and transactional experience; drafting and negotiating NDAs, technology, services and facilities contracts.
Experience with due diligence, outbound contracts and discovery highly preferred.
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) ; CLM software highly preferred
Solid organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, customer-service-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
Min 2+ years of solid contracts experience
100% onsite, 3-6 month contract position working 40 hours per week.
