Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an on-site Customer Service Representative to join a biotechnology company located in Santee, San Diego. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who has excellent customer service skills and who wants to grow within an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to customer orders
  • Researches information and tracks progress
  • Inputs customer orders
  • Data entry
  • Answers inbound/outbound calls
  • Assist customer with questions and technical support
  • Professional email correspondence
  • Assist with documentation and drafting
  • Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent Communication
  • Phone etiquette
  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in the medical field is preferred
  • Compensation: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience

    Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Located in Santee, CA

    Work Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm PST, 40 hours per week
