Responsibilities:

  • Answers up to 70-80 calls per day
  • Gathers patient information/data entry
  • Takes detailed notes
  • Routes/transfers calls to other departments
  • Schedules appointments and follows up with patients

  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer Service
  • Strong Communication
  • Punctual
  • Strong typing

  • Experience:

  • Only 6 months-1 year of work experience
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus

  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour to start with potential increase after 6-12 months


    Employment Type: On-site, Contract-to-hire, Full-time, Located in Serra Mesa, San Diego


    Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm PST, 40 hours per week
