Responsibilities:

Answers phone calls

Runs the front office

Sets up appointments

Handles meetings/agenda

Calendar management

Qualifications:

Bilingual is a plus

College degree is preferred

International travel is required

Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite

Data Entry

Detail-oriented

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of office related experience

Compensation: $47,000 - $55,000 annually depending on experience

Employment Type: Hybrid work schedule, Direct hire, Full-time, Located in Encinitas, San Diego

Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm PST
