Human Resources Assistant job in San Diego, CA

Responsibilities:

Data entry and assisting with HR administrative projects

Updating HRIS with employee information

Answering general HR questions and concerns

Support employees with covid related situations

Assist with leave of absence process for covid related situations

Communicate any changes in policies, procedures or protocols

Streamline communication between managers and employees

Manage and track employee trainings

Support with timekeeping and assistance

Additional special projects as needed

Experience:

1+ years of Human Resources, Administrative or relevant work experience

Experience with HRIS system or ATS

Bachelor’s or Associates Degree preferred

Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required

Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word

Strong written and verbal communications

Compensation:

$21.00-$23.00 USD/hour and based on experience

Contract for 3-6 months

Can always be extended and/or become permanent based on performance and business need

Work Hours:

8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday-Friday

Full Time hours

Office is located in central San Diego
