Junior Account Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a medical device company located in Carlsbad that needs a Junior Account Manager to join their growing team. This position is on-site, full-time and pays up to $23/hr. We are looking for someone who has experience in the customer service industry with strong people skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes orders
  • Resolves customer complaints and questions
  • Processes customers transactions and requests
  • Communicates shipping/delivery dates of orders
  • Product orders and availability
  • Tracks order status
  • Client relationship building
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organized
  • Phone Etiquette
  • Strong Customer Service
  • Experience:

  • At least 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience

    Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in Carlsbad, CA

    Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm PST, 40 hours per week
