Member/Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Member/Customer Service Representative to join a non-profit organization located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego. This position comes with a hybrid/on-site work schedule and pays $18.25 per hour. If you have excellent customer service skills, apply today!

Responsibilities:

Responds and forwards emails

Answers up to 60 calls a day

Assisting customers with questions

Upsell member benefits

Process applications and payments

Handle surveys, outgoing mail, and discrepancies

Generate reports and seeks information from customers

Records information into database

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working in a call center environment is preferred

Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-oriented

Organized

Typing skills

Phone etiquette

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment

Experience answering phones is a plus

Compensation: $18.25 per hour

Employment Type: Hybrid/Remote work schedule, Contract-to-hire, Full-time, Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego

Work Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm PST, 40 hours per week
