Personal Assistant/Administrative Assistant

Great opportunity for a Personal/Administrative Assistant to join a well-known staffing company located in Carlsbad, CA. This position is on-site, full-time, and pays $25.00 per hour. This role will consist of running personal errands and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Running personal errands for the President
  • Calendar management
  • Setting up meetings and conference calls
  • File maintenance, supply stocking, inventory control
  • Schedule appointments and travel arrangements
  • Draft email letters and documents
  • Distributes mail delivery, faxes, scanning, and copying
  • Orders supplies
  • Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Typing
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience:

  • Experience in an office-related environment
  • Must have good writing/typing skills
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience
  • Compensation: $25.00 per hour

    Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in Carlsbad

    Work Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm PST, 40 hours per week
