Quality Customer Service Advisor -Hybrid

Immediate need for a Quality Customer Service Advisor to join a reputable energy company located in Downtown, San Diego, CA. This position comes with a flexible hybrid/on-site work schedule, with only 1 day a week in the office. We are looking for someone who has quality assurance/advising experience and who can provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Connects program changes to external parties
  • Manages escalation calls
  • Conducts evaluations for team members and vendors
  • Supports and assists quality calibration sessions
  • Rates and listens to recorded calls
  • Monitors calls and provides detailed feedback
  • Prepares scripts, references and training materials
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team-oriented
  • Strong Communication
  • Highly Organized
  • Experience:

  • Experience with high quality customer service
  • Experience in quality assurance/advising
  • Compensation: $23.00 per hour plus BONUS

    Employment Type: Contract-to-hire, Hybrid/On-site schedule, Full-time, Located in Downtown San Diego

    Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm PST, 40 hours per week
