Responsibilities:

  • Answers up to 50 calls a day
  • Transfers calls to various departments
  • Communicates with doctors
  • Takes detailed message notes
  • Schedules appointments
  • Assists customers/patients with concerns and inquires
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills:

  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of work experience preferred
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour

    Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in Serra Mesa, San Diego

    Work Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm PST, 40 hours per week
