LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to join our client’s team in North Park. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, the Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front desk and lobby area

  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules

  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering

  • Support internal teams with clerical and operational tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience in a professional setting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish is plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


Working Hours:

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday- Friday

  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST

  • Compensation: $22.00-$27.00 per hour DOE
