Receptionist

Immediate need for a Receptionist to join a dynamic growing company located in Carlsbad, CA. This position in on-site, full-time and pays up to $20/hr. If you like being on the phones and engaging with customers, apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Answers inbound/outbound calls
  • Assists with insurance verification
  • Transfers calls to correct department
  • Process renewal applications
  • Assists in special projects
  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communication
  • Experience:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service environment
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Compensation: $18.00- $20.00 per hour depending on experience

    Employment Type: On-site, Full-time, Contract-to-hire, Located in Carlsbad, CA

    Work Hours: 2 shifts available- Monday – Friday 6am-2:30pm OR 8:30am-5pm PST
