Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant

Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA



Job Description:


LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in Rancho Bernardo. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and detailed logs

  • Review, format, and edit executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and project specifications with precision

  • Provide support to various departments as required


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week

  • Full-time

  • Onsite

  • Monday – Friday

  • 7:30am-4:30pm PST


Details:

  • Located in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego

  • Minimum 3 month contract role

  • Compensation: $25.00 per hour
