Receptionist
Ajilon is looking for an Receptionist to work within the city of San Dimas , CA.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming phone calls in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
- Respond appropriately to caller’s needs based on provided guidelines.
- Screen and transfer calls as needed.
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Maintain building security by ensuring visitor protocol is followed.
- Notify individuals when a visitor has arrived for a meeting.
- Maintain reception area and lobby in a clean and tidy manner.
- Receive front office deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Image shipping documents from our 3PL facilities.
- Serve as a backup to the mailroom coordinator; imaging shipping documents for our local facilities and preparing outgoing FedEx and UPS packages.
- Maintain adequate inventory of basic office supplies; reorder and restock as needed.
- Perform additional duties as requested.
