Account Payable Specialist

Are you an experienced accounts payable specialist looking for your next position? LHH has the job for you!! RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and American Express statements
  • Process checks weekly and ACH biweekly and as needed

  • Resolve an internal issue in the Accounts Payable area
  • Handle vendor inquiries on payment status
  • Resolve vendor issues
  • Prepare 1099 and 571-L annually
  • Prepare daily exchange rate report
  • Prepare billings to investors and third parties
  • Assist auditors on our annual audit
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter with strong initiative.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 3-5 years of accounting work experience
  • PeopleSoft
  • Oracle
  • Excel skills
  • Salary starts at 75K depending on experience
