LHH is searching for a Benefits Specialist who will be a key member of the Human Resources team in the San Francisco area. The perfect person will provide exceptional customer service in the areas of compensation, benefits, and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Providing subject – matter expertise
  • Timely, accurate and complete responses to any benefit related questions from employees
  • Submitting applicable data for compensation and benefits market surveys
  • Training to new employees on all the company offered benefits
  • Execute Benefit Enrollment of staff
  • Work with staff and faculty on Leaves of absence
  • Prepare, Submit, and reconcile monthly benefit invoices for billing
  • Skills

  • Great at multitasking
  • Demonstrated professionalism, including in sensitive and confidential customer consultations
  • Ability to organize, analyze, prioritize and problem solve within a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to professionally and effectively present information on a one-on-one basis or in groups
  • Experience

  • Advanced experience in Google-Mail, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2 years of related experience with Human Resources or Benefits
  • Knowledge of applicable employment and/or benefits regulations, Washington State preferred
  • Work Hours

  • Monday – Friday
  • 40 Hours
