Job Title: Compliance Property Manager

Location: Tenderloin District, San Francisco, CA

Salary: $90,000 - $93,000 per year

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compliance Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all properties within our portfolio comply with relevant regulations and standards. This role involves regular inspections, documentation, and collaboration with various departments to maintain compliance and address any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, violations, and corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to address compliance issues promptly.

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in housing regulations and ensure that the organization is in compliance.

  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.

  • Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in non-profit sector for property management or compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

  • Competitive salary of $90,000 - $100,000 per year.
