LHH is currently seeking to staff a skilled Executive Assistant located in San Francisco, CA. Our ideal candidate has experience handling complex and difficult needs from executives, managing multiple agendas and being present during projects and meetings. Your day to day would include coordinating extensive scheduling, travel, and expense management.

Location - Hybrid

Experience: 5+ years’ experience in executive administrative support

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication

Outstanding ability to multitask

Extensive computers experience necessary proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and advanced PowerPoint.

Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred

Ability to work without supervision

Loves working in team setting and solo work

Someone who can bring ideas, passion, and energy to the team

when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Experience with coordinating extensive travel.

Extensive experience in producing attractive documents and packages.

Responsibilities: (Not limited to)

anticipating and executing on the complex and dynamic needs of Executive leadership team as well as partnering with the entire leadership team on projects and meetings

providing outstanding support to leadership and executive’s

partnering with team members on project and meetings

coordinating travel and expense reports

generate emails, letters and correspond to client/guest
