LHH is seeking an Executive Assistant for a client in the Manufacturing industry. This is a 3-month contract opportunity located in San Francisco and will pay up to $35 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years administrative support experience, have exceptional communication skills, experience producing attractive documents and packages, and experience coordinating extensive travel.

Compensation: Up to $35 per hour, depending on experience

Location: San Francisco, CA (onsite)

Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless scheduling support for President and CFO
  • Schedule and coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Assist with the agendas and execution of leadership meetings
  • Attend leadership meetings, record notes, and follow up on assigned action
  • Review, code, and route invoices to appropriate leaders for approval and payment
  • Provide special project support to the leadership team as requested
  • Qualifications:

  • 4 years executive administrative support required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Extensive computer experience necessary
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products
  • Experience coordinating extensive travel
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
