Executive Assistant

LHH is actively seeking Executive Assistants based in the San Francisco/Bay Area! The ideal candidate has prior experience assisting c-level executives , is very personable, and has strong skills in prioritization, multitasking, and communication.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • C-level executive support
  • Administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives’ behalf
  • Coordinate itineraries, meetings, events, materials, strategies, etc.
  • Reserve and prepare meeting rooms
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Assist overseeing support staff
  • Other duties, as reasonably assigned
  • Skills/Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or related Administrative Role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient organizational skills, very detail oriented
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently
