Executive Legal Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solution is seeking an Executive Legal Assistant with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience for an elite international law firm. This a full-time position.

This role requires someone with a proven ability to effectively coordinate with senior management, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments, and can remain calm and stay organized under pressure. The ideal candidate must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with attorneys and staff professionals.

Responsibilities:

Working with office leadership on strategic initiatives for firm

Creating and maintaining systems and processes

Tracking and monitoring client and prospective client opportunities

Management senior staff schedules and calendars

Qualifications:

Minimum five (5) years of related experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Proven ability to effectively coordinate with senior management

Experience:

Experience with e-filing

Litigation

Legal Billing
