Facility Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting an established client in their search for a Facility Coordinator in San Francisco. We are looking for experienced candidates that can hit the ground running and thrive with little to no supervision. An ideal candidate is required to have vast experience in Facility duties and functions.

Compensation: $25

Location: San Francisco, 3-5 minute walk from Bart

Duration: 3 months

Industry: Healthcare & Education

Vaccination and Booster required

THE ROLE:

  • Manage site space planning, working closely with the Building Operations team to meet space demand.
  • Manage event setup and renovations as required, working closely with the operations team to ensure quality and timely project completion
  • Works closely with property management ensuring site cleanliness, maintenance, repairs, and life safety system compliance including maintaining communications as well as being a partner for crisis management, emergency response, and business continuity.
  • Create and complete work orders for equipment, issue/complete daily work orders, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Other duties as directed.
  • REQUIREMENTS/CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of facilities or maintenance
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of hand tools
