Bilingual HR Generalist


LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company located in San Francisco, CA. This company is looking for multiple full-time, onsite HR Generalists to join their team. This will be a traditional Monday-Friday schedule and contract to hire.

Duties will include:

  • Onboarding all new employees
  • Managing employee LOA/FMLA or ADA requests
  • Handle unemployment and worker’s compensation claims
  • Review and complete unemployment notices for separation information.
  • Act as a liaison for employees regarding benefits inquiries
  • Annual enrollment
  • Complete unemployment wage audits.
  • Attend unemployment hearings.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Human Resources Generalist in San Francisco or CA
  • 1+ year experience in recruitment and staffing
  • Solid understanding of federal and California state and city Labor laws including solid experience managing FLSA, FMLA, COBRA, EEO, ADA, ACA, workplace safety, and worker’s compensation
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment laws
  • Previous experience working in a high-volume hourly environment
  • The ability to work well in a team environment and respond appropriately to all kinds of situations that may arise
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Worksite Type: Hybrid – 4 days on site; 1 remote, per week.
