LHH is searching for a HR Generalist who will help lead the HR department in the San Francisco Area. This role will be onsite with potential to become hybrid down the road.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing Benefits, Online Onboarding and helping with leave accommodations
  • Administer various Human Resources plans and procedures for all company staff
  • Recruiting
  • Work with director of HR to create and administer training programs
  • Coordinate and provide training for incoming employees and supervisors
  • Assist with special projects
  • Skills

  • Great at multitasking
  • Very effective communication
  • Ability to train new hires on all processes
  • Strong Organization and Prioritization skills
  • Experience

  • Experience in Excel and knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems
  • Recruitment and employee relations experience would be nice
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Work Hours

  • Monday – Friday
  • 40 Hours
