Jr. Executive Assistant

LHH recruitment solutions is teaming up with a local non-profit organization in downtown San Francisco. We are in search of a Jr. executive assistant to take on a 2–3-week assignment. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the homeless community to help them receive the care they need.

The Jr. Executive Assistant will work alongside the Executive Director for the duration of the assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects to completion
  • Correspondence regarding city contracts
  • Assistance with financial information
  • Reading and assessing reports from consulting partners
  • Scheduling
  • Reasonably assigned duties
  • Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of Jr. Executive Assistant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (required)
  • Salesforce, Canvas, Limelight and InTact preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail and very organized
  • Able to lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive admin background
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm

    Worksite: Onsite – Must be vaccinated with booster. Mandatory by client.
