Responsibilities:

Front desk contact for patient referral calls, admissions, and registration.

Answer an average of 50 calls daily.

Assist with billing, insurance authorizations, scheduling, and registration.

Qualifications

Must be Apex trained and compliant.

HS Diploma or GED plus customer service experience in a healthcare field.

Prior experience with medical records, registration, and patient financial services a plus.

Employment Type: Contract of 3+ months

Compensation: Starts at $29.00/hr and based on experience.
