We are partnering with an established client based out of San Francisco in their search for a Hybrid G&A Recruiter. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a Cosmetics company and will be directly reporting to the Director of Talent. This position is a Contract to Hire role with a turnaround of 4-6 months!

Pay: $36 - 40 /hr (DOE)

Location: San Francisco

Work Type: 1-2 days onsite per week

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment strategy, key requirements, edit job descriptions, identify job roles' value proposition, and ensure the employment brand is consistently communicated
  • Source qualified talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative means
  • Manage a high volume desk of 20-30 requisitions ranging from blue collar to corporate positions
  • Build relationships with hiring teams to ensure their confidence and trust in the recruitment process
  • Assess candidates for relevant skills and experience, and present talented, qualified candidates to the hiring team
  • Proactively follow up with candidates and hiring managers; and respond quickly to any requests to ensure a stellar recruiting experience
  • Leverage ATS system to gather interview feedback, reporting and encourage data-driven hiring decisions
  • Review, assess, and adjust recruiting strategies based on recruiting metrics and goals
  • Qualification

  • 3+ years experience in corporate talent acquisition managing full-cycle recruiting; from sourcing to offer
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit entry-to-senior level professional roles
  • Experience sourcing qualified G&A, Sales, Operations, and IT/Engineering talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative means
  • Consultative and collaborative communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Experience with leading ATS (Greenhous/Taleo/Salesforce/Bullhorn) to gather interview feedback, reporting, and encourage data-driven hiring decisions
  • Proactively follows up with candidates and hiring managers; and responds quickly to any requests to ensure a quality recruitment experience
  • Proven organizational skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Readily shares knowledge, partners with colleagues, and contributes to the positive team approach
