Education

  • 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or in Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Responsibilities

  • Working with all departments for their recruiting needs
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company portals, recruitment sites, job boards, as well as social platforms.
  • Managing hiring processes via Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Screening candidates prior to them meeting with the team
  • Thoroughly prepping candidates for interviews with the team
  • Maintain recruiting metrics capturing key KIPs including time to fill, retention, diversity, candidate source and ensure service delivery within identified standards
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • Multi task in a fast environment
  • Familiarity with MS Suite and ATS systems
  • Excellent candidate relationship management skills
  • Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Minimum 4-5 Years’ experience in Recruitment
