Senior Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation

About the Opportunity:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join their Commercial Litigation team. This is an immediate opening for a dynamic litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of complex commercial disputes from inception through resolution or trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.

• Draft persuasive motions, memoranda, legal briefs, and other litigation-related documents.

• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies in collaboration with partners and clients.

• Attend court appearances and argue motions.

• Manage discovery and e-discovery processes, including document review, interrogatories, and depositions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on commercial litigation experience preferred; exceptional candidates with 2+ years will be considered.

• Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience and case management.

• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000, commensurate with experience

• Bonus Opportunities: Four distinct bonus pathways

• Billable Hours: 1,800 hours
