Senior Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation
Location: Orlando, Florida
Position Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: 5+ Years Preferred (Will Consider 2+ Years for Exceptional Candidates)
About the Opportunity: Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.
Draft persuasive motions, memoranda, legal briefs, and other litigation-related documents.
Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies in collaboration with partners and clients.
Attend court appearances and argue motions.
Manage discovery and e-discovery processes, including document review, interrogatories, and depositions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on commercial litigation experience preferred; exceptional candidates with 2+ years will be considered.
Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience and case management.
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000, commensurate with experience
Bonus Opportunities: Four distinct bonus pathways
Billable Hours: 1,800 hours
