Senior Accountant

San Ramon, CA

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.

• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.

• Review and approve journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.

• Support with payroll processing for about 75-100 employees

• Accounts Payable

• Month-end and quarter-end close

• Other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.

• Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite is required.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
